O[...]Α AΛЄΧΑΝ, laureate head of Severus Alexander right / [CЄΛЄΥΚЄΩΝ] ΤΩΝ ΚΑ / ΛV (in field) - or similar, mainly off-flan or illegible , Tyche standing left holding rudder and cornucopiae(similar reverse is common for Commodus & Septimius Severus, exists for Macrinus). VF / near VF, "powdery" texture light green patina (not BD) legends weakly-struck.
