Rx:?-?P Eagle standing r. on palm branch, spreading wings. In r. field, ??. ?? is the abbreviation for the month of ??ISIOS in the Macedonian calendar, corresponding to c. May in the modern calendar.This is a very rare issue of tetradrachms of this city, probably less than 20 are recorded with this being one of the better examples. What is unique about these coins is the fact that the calendar month of the issuance of these coins is recorded. . EF
