THRACE, Plotinopolis. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ (26.5mm, 10.35 g, 6h). Laureate, draped, [and cuirassed] bust left, holding spear forward and shield / Apollo standing right, holding plectrum and cithara set on serpent-entwined column. Varbanov 1844 corr. (cuirassed only); Lanz 117, lot 927 (same dies). VF, earthen brown patina, a little rough.
