Mysia. Parion. 5th century BC. Drachm (Silver, 13 mm, 3.95 g). Facing gorgoneion with protruding tongue. Rev. Rough, quadripartite incuse square. SNG BN 1351. Well centered, nicely toned, and with a bold and powerful head of a gorgon. Nearly extremely fine.
