Seleukid Kings of Syria. Demetrios II Nikator, first reign, 146-138 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 31 mm, 16.63 g, 1 h), Antioch, year 167 = 146/5. Diademed head of the youthful Demetrios II to right; fillet border. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΥ - ΘΕΟΥ / ΦΙΛΑΔΕΙΛΦΟΥ (sic!) / ΝΙΚΑΤΟΡΟΣ Apollo, nude, seated left on omphalos; holding arrow in his right hand and resting his left on his bow; to left, monogram; in exergue, ΖΞΡ and monogram. SC 1906.2a. An attractive coin struck on a broad flan and with an elegant portrait. About extremely fine.

The apparent spelling mistake in the reverse legend is rather remarkable; perhaps the engraver was day dreaming.
