Obverse with bust of Bolivar inside legend SIMON BOLIVAR LIBERTADOR DE COLOMBIA Y DEL PERU; reverse with sun-topped mountain of Potosi inside legend POTOSI MANIFESTA SU GRATITUDAL GENIO DE LA LIBERTAD with date 1825 at bottom. Large, coin-like medal, nicely toned holed XF with some scratches.
