American Colt Model 1849 pocket .36 caliber revolver, 1861. 780 grams, 11" long. Serial 187781, matching on barrel, frame, cylinder, trigger guard, and butt. 6-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight, functioning loading lever and wedge, etched cylinder, brass trigger guard and backstrap, functioning trigger and hammer, walnut grips. Good condition overall with some wear and minor pitting, grips in great condition with minimal marks, "ME" engraved on the butt.
