1802 1C S-232, B-12, R.1, AU58 NGC. Breen Die State VI, with large rim breaks below 18 and above ATE. Clash marks appear on both sides. The obverse die features the T cut over an underlying Y, and the double leaf tips are partly right of the final S in STATES. This near-Mint chocolate and steel-brown cent is well-centered and crisply defined. Each side is smooth with minimal ticks. Our EAC grade XF40.
