1917 25C Type Two MS66 Full Head PCGS. CAC. This is a boldly struck, lustrous example from lightly rusted dies that show fine texture on the obverse. Daubs of blue and russet toning appear near the rim on the left-hand borders, leaving the majority of each side with delicate champagne tint. PCGS lists only 15 finer Full Head representatives (9/17).
