Standing Liberty Quarters
1923-S 25C MS65 PCGS. This Gem key-date Standing Liberty quarter displays outstanding satin luster with daubs of olive-gold toning that attest to the originality of the surfaces. Liberty's head is about 90% complete, and the date and toes are sharp, as well as the stars and eagle's feathers. The shield rivets show traditional weakness. The obverse die exhibits heavy clash marks around Liberty's legs and die polishing lines in the fields; the reverse is a fresh die without damage. Housed in an old green label holder.
