1938 25C MS67+ PCGS. CAC. This nearly flawless 1938 Washington quarter is tied for the finest at PCGS (9/17). The strike is sharp, and the softly frosted surfaces are devoid of abrasions. Much of each side displays faint lilac toning, although vivid multicolor hues appear around much of the obverse periphery and portions of the reverse rim.
