Liberty Nickels
1888 5C MS66+ PCGS Secure. CAC. Bright silver surfaces are finely textured with coruscating luster and faint hints of gold. Liberty's portrait, the upper stars, and wreath elements all show crisp definition, while a touch of softness occurs over the lower obverse. Post-Mint contact is nearly unseen. The 1888 nickel was struck to the extent of 10.7 million coins, and yet only a handful survive this fine. Population: 22 in 66 (4 in 66+), 1 finer. CAC: 12 in 66, 0 finer (9/17).
