1877-CC $10 VF25 NGC. CAC. Variety 1-A. The small mintage of only 3,332 pieces combines with the charismatic Carson City origin to elevate this smoothly worn 1877-CC above others at its grade level. Lively orange-gold surfaces show few marks and easily justify the CAC green label -- at present, the sole VF25 NGC to receive such endorsement. This is a scarce, highly sought collector-grade eagle from the legendary CC-Mint with excellent surfaces and eye appeal. Census: 3 in 25, 34 finer. CAC: 1 in 25, 6 finer (8/17).
