Morgan Dollars
1894 $1 MS62 PCGS. CAC. Although the 1895, a proof-only issue, is called the King of Morgan dollars, it is the 1894 that is important to a complete set of circulation strike dollars from the Philadelphia Mint. Just 110,000 examples were minted, and relatively few survive in Mint State grades. This lustrous example is brilliant with white-silver surfaces that exhibit a solitary splash of gold toning at the upper right obverse border.
