1904 $1 PR62 PCGS. The Mint struck 650 proofs in 1904, its third year employing an all-brilliant finish and what turned out to be the last year of Morgan dollar production until 1921. Each side is completely untoned. Scattered, wispy marks explain the grade. The fields are reflective, though no contrast is apparent.
