1936 50C Lynchburg MS67 PCGS. The reverse of this impressive Superb Gem is deeply toned in mingled shades of plum, peach, and lilac, while the obverse (portrait side) is mostly brilliant in the center with rings of pale jade and lavender. The design elements are sharply detailed and vibrant mint luster shines beneath the patina. PCGS lists a single numerically finer example (9/17).
