1876-S $20 MS62 NGC. The second most plentiful issue in the Type Two double eagle series, the 1876-S has an NGC Mint State population of less than half that of the 1873 Open 3 double eagle. This is an excellent type coin for the design collector. The surfaces have no marks of any consequence. Frosty yellow-gold luster enjoys delicate rose overtones.
