1839 25C No Drapery MS64 NGC. Briggs 2-B. Closed Claws Reverse. This satiny near-Gem showcases a bold strike and lacks distracting abrasions. The obverse shows beautiful mint-green, ocean-blue, and violet toning around a light golden center, while the reverse is mostly russet-gold but with aquamarine at the rim. Uncirculated 1839 quarters are scarce in all grades and genuinely rare above MS64. Census: 7 in 64, 1 finer (8/17).
