1946 50C Iowa MS66 NGC. Interestingly, 500 of the 100,000 coins struck for collectors were set to be distributed in 1996, and another 500 are awaiting distribution in 2046. The 90,000 coins available at the original moment of issue were successfully distributed to local and out-of-state collectors. The Premium Gem offered here radiates thick mint frost over clean surfaces that show daubs of russet patina around the margins. The centers remain brilliant with a single alloy spot above the eagle's right (facing) wing.
