RIC II 569. Fine; light roughness; dark brown patina. A rare and desirable type, and much harder to come by in an as than in a sestertius.

The bridge on the reverse of this coin is generally thought to be the bridge across the Danube constructed in A.D. 104 by TrajanÕs architect, Apollodorus of Damascus.
