Watch List notes:

BYZANTINE. 5th-7th centuries AD. Glass 8 Siliquae weight (17mm, 1.31 g). Three facing imperial busts; cruciform monogram for ΘЄOΔOTOY (= of Theodotos) between two lower busts / Blank. Monneret de Villard p. 101, 3c; Bendall –; cf. CNG E-336, lot 514 (for similar type; but with crosses flanking uppermost bust). Near VF, deep purple hue with some iridescence.
