Arab-Byzantine. 7th or 8th century AE follis (25.55 mm, 4.53 g, 7 h). "D M S O...?", two Imperials standing, facing, each nimbate(?) and/or wearing crown; cross between their heads; taller figure on right holds cross-headed staff in left hand; shorter figure on left cradles shorter scepter in left elbow / large M; to left X / X; above, cross. Good VF for type, dark green, glossy patina with toned copper and minor reddish deposits in recesses providing contrast.
