Mack, 1/ Lincoln Rgt.); upon original ribbon, toned, obverse edge graze at 6 o'clock, otherwise good very fine. Captain Claud Hugh Mack was born c.1883 at Aylsham, Norfolk, and appears to have joined the 4th Battalion Cheshire Regiment during Second Boer War, soon after transferring to the 4th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment. He remained with this battalion until he resigned his commission as Captain in early 1910.
