THESSALY. Larissa. Circa 400-380 BC. Drachm (Silver, 18 mm, 5.93 g, 1 h). Head of the nymph Larissa three-quarters facing, turned slightly to right, wearing ampyx and pendant earring . Rev. ΛAPIΣ Horse grazing to right. BCD II 216 (same dies). Well centered, lovely toned example. Minor scratch or graffito on the reverse, and with some adhering horn silver, otherwise, about extremely fine.
