JUDAEA, Bar Kochba Revolt. 132-135 CE. Middle Bronze (Bronze, 25 mm, 9.59 g, 6 h). Year two of the freedom of Israel in Hebrew; Vine leaf with branch. Rev. Shim'on in Hebrew Seven-branched palm tree with two bunches of dates. Hendin 1408. Mbg. 70. Mesh 195. A rather scarce die combination, with an attractive green patina. About very fine.
