LUCANIA. Metapontum. Circa 540-510 BC. Stater (Silver, 27 mm, 8.15 g, 12 h). ΜΕΤ Ear of barley with eight grains. Rev. Ear of barley with eight grains, all incuse. HN III 1459. Noe 3. Toned and clear. Some scratches and marks, and some uncleaned encrustations on the reverse, otherwise. Good very fine.
