Mercury Dimes
1942/1-D 10C FS-101 MS63 Full Bands PCGS. Interestingly, most Mint State examples of this variety are in the Full Bands category, and the 1942-D dime in general is well-represented with a sharp central strike. This piece is bold and satiny, showing tinges of deep olive toning near the borders and silvery brilliance in the centers. Light handling marks determine the grade but are not distracting.
