1812/1 50C Small 8, O-102, R.2, MS62 NGC. Heavily clashed on the obverse but not yet cracked at the date. This Mint State overdate half dollar displays satiny luster and a good strike with only minor weakness, along the left-hand stars. Scattered light handling marks are not distracting for the grade. Deep olive-gray and lavender-russet toning blankets each side.
