1921 50C -- Questionable Color -- PCGS Genuine. AU Details. Pale, golden-gray patina looks to be of uncertain origin to PCGS, although there is nothing overtly unnatural about its appearance and nice luster remains beneath the toning. The strike is suitably sharp for a 1921 Walker, with good head definition and thumb separation. A bit of softness on the exposed high points of the eagle are from a combination of strike and light wear. This is a eminently collectible example of the key issue. Only 246,000 pieces were struck.
