1922 50C Grant With Star MS66 PCGS. A small incuse star above the AN in GRANT identifies the scarcer Grant Memorial half dollar type, of which only 4,256 examples were distributed. This piece is remarkably well-struck on Grant's hair and shows fully defined border legends. Lavender and gold toning accents satiny luster, while die polishing lines appear in the fields. Population: 46 in 66 (7 in 66+), 5 finer (10/17).
