Indian Cents
1908-S 1C MS66 Red NGC. Premium Gems with Red coloration are just about the finest obtainable survivors of the famed 1908-S cent, the first branch mint issue of minor coinage in this country. A single finer example is certified by PCGS. This light pumpkin-gold example shows areas of tan color, while frosty luster rolls over each side. The diamonds are bold, but the feather tips are moderately soft. No matter, for this piece is essentially impossible to improve upon. Census: 25 in 66 (1 in 66+) Red, 0 finer (10/17).
