1942 1C PR67 Red Cameo NGC. CAC. Cameo proof 1942 cents are scarce overall but become genuinely rare in Superb Gem condition. This example is one of only three PR67 Red Cameos at NGC, and PCGS shows just four others; none are finer at either service. The CAC endorsement is something this coin alone has been awarded in this grade (10/17). The strike is sharp, and the rich red-orange surfaces yield appreciable contrast and exceptional visual appeal.
