1912 25C MS66 PCGS. This generally available Philadelphia issue is conditionally rare in MS66 and prohibitively so any finer. The present example is frosty and well-preserved with russet and olive-gold toning. Several obverse stars and the right shield corner on the reverse show strike weakness, although the eagle's talons are well-defined. Population: 32 in 66 (4 in 66+), 2 finer (10/17).
