The mintage of less than 4 million pieces partly accounts for the small population in the Superb Gem grade. The strike is sharp through the centers. None are finer at PCGS, and NGC has certified just a single numerically finer example. Population: 47 in 67 (3 in 67+), 0 finer (10/17).
