1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Three Leaves, B-6, BB-25, R.3, Good 4 PCGS. Bowers Die State III. This is a problem-free, smoothly worn example of the somewhat scarce B-6, BB-25, which is a Three Leaves type paired with the Head of '95 portrait. As usual, the coin is struck from lapped dies and has four-leaf cluster beneath the first S in STATES. Attractive autumn-brown toning covers both sides, with the central motifs fully outlined. Merging to the rims from wear is visible at LIB of LIBERTY and on the reverse legend where the top of UNITED is slightly faint, as is OF AMERICA. There are no adjustment marks or other distractions for the grade level.
