1881-O $1 Pummeled Eye, VAM-1D, MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS. A Hit List 40 Variety. Glints of pink and peach appear at certain angles on this otherwise silver-white near-Gem. Great reflectivity and well-preserved surfaces are interrupted only by a few small reed marks on the reverse. An attractive piece with modest cameo contrast. All varieties included, PCGS has graded 19 finer Deep Mirror Prooflike pieces (10/17).
