Liberty Eagles
1890-CC $10 AU50 PCGS. Variety 1-A. A single pair of dies was used to coin the small production of 17,500 eagles at Carson City in 1890. These were the first eagles coined at that facility since 1884. Although lightly worn, this piece retains noticeable luster in the protected areas with delicate orange overtones. A shallow scrape is visible on Liberty's cheek and neck.
