1923 $20 MS64+ PCGS. Attractive honey-gold color is strongly lustrous and the central elements of this radiant 1923 are particularly sharp. Slight weakness at the peripheries affects the Capitol building and some of the adjacent stars, which are incompletely brought up. The reverse is razor-sharp, and both sides are free of all but the most trivial marks. A high-end near-Gem, as indicated by the PCGS Plus designation.
