1903 G$1 Louisiana Purchase, Jefferson Gold Dollar MS67 PCGS. From a mintage of 17,500 coins, the Jefferson variant of the Louisiana gold dollar becomes conditionally rare at the Superb Gem level. PCGS has yet to see a finer example (11/17). Each side is frosty and yellow-gold with virtually complete design detail, save for the usual softness on HA in PURCHASE. Exceptionally clean.
