Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Isis standing right, holding sistrum and presenting grain ears to Caracalla standing left, holding long scepter, foot on crocodile. RIC IV 544 var. (spear); Banti 71. Near Fine, brown surfaces, some green and red. Banti records 16 examples with Caracalla holding a spear but only records 3 examples with Caracalla holding a long scepter. Rare with scepter instead of spear.
