Laureate and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus left, holding spear over far shoulder and shield on arm / Tyche seated left on rocks, holding fruit; in left field, Marsyas standing right atop low column, holding wineskin over shoulder and extending arm towards Tyche; below, river-god swimming right. Mionnet is apparently the only reference noting an example of this type with Marsyas atop a column.
