Sicily, Syracuse. Hiketas II. 287-278 B.C. Æ (15 mm, 5.35 g, 1 h). Ca. 280 B.C. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩN, wreathed head of Kore left / Charioteer driving galloping biga right. Bar issue 38; cf. CNS 123 (Agathokles); cf. SNG ANS 771 (Fourth Democracy). Nice green patina with light deposits on reverse, a few old scratches under patina. Good very fine.
