Featuring the laureate head of Napoleon and the depiction of Simplon as a giant, bearded man seated with his leg crossed in a mountain pass, with a baggage train climbing. Beautifully toned with notes of turquoise and gold at the base of the designs, and all-over graphite color that layers the entirety of both sides.
