Britannia seated left on throne, holding branch and spear; garnished shield to right. Extremely choice for the issue, with a bold, well-centered strike, evenly toned, glossy surfaces and very few marks. The addition of faint cobalt-blue iridescence adds even more to the eye-appeal and helps confirm this piece as one of the finest we've seen.
