Oscar II gold 10 Kroner 1877 MS66 PCGS, Kongsberg mint, KM358, Fr-18. With a relatively low mintage of just 20,000 pieces, this is surely one of the finest surviving examples. Indeed, this is the single finest example seen by PCGS, with just 4 seen by NGC at an equal or greater level. Though the details of the devices are never particularly bold on this issue, rest assured that this coin looks nearly as it did the day it was minted. The only difference would be the pleasant light red toning it has acquired over its lifetime.
