Crowned date and value. NGC has listed this as a pattern on the holder, as Brekke also lists as a pattern, but Bitkin does not list as a pattern (just an extremely rare regular, first-year issue. Regardless of the differences in listing, this initial issue for the type is extremely rare and only 2-3 examples have appeared at auction in the last 10 years.
