Oscar II gold Proof 10 Kronor 1895 PR65 Deep Cameo PCGS, KM743. Extremely rare as a proof, this is the only example graded by PCGS. We did sell in 2008 a Specimen 66 example in 1895, which is likely the same issue as the current one (and just called Specimen rather than Proof), though that is impossible to tell without comparing the two side by side in hand. For what it's worth, that SP66 sold for $4600 all-in a decade ago. The present piece has highly reflective fields with starkly frosted devices, giving it great eye appeal.
