George III copper Proof Bank of England Pattern 5 Shilling-6 Pence 1811 PR65 PCGS, by I. Philip, ESC-206, L&S-129. Struck on a thick planchet with plain edge type K/5A. Obv. Laureate and draped bust of George III left. Rev. BANK-TOKEN-5 S. 6 D.-1811, in wreath. Very similar to the previous lot, with bold strike, slightly lighter reddish-brown color, and a bit more noticeable underlying luster. The die alignment is medal rotation.
