Nicholas I Poltina (1/2 Rouble) 1831 CПБ-HГ MS64 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-C160, Bit-122. Obv. Crowned double-headed eagle with wings down. Rev. Crowned four-line inscription in wreath. Gleaming silvery-white mint luster, with a superb strike and surfaces free of all but a few minute handling marks. The final-year issue of this conditionally rare type and the single finest example certified by either NGC, or PCGS.
