China Bank of China Harbin 20 Cents = 2 Chiao 1.10.1917 Pick 44b. An uncommon, small denomination variety that should not be overlooked. The original obligation clause promising payment in silver coin (ten Chiao for every dollar) has been obliterated and replaced by a new obligation promising payment in Nationalist currency notes. It is a problem-free, locally printed example and grades PMG Very Fine 25. A raw Fine 15 realized $607 in 2016. HID08701242017
